The quality of tables and chairs for the cafe at the Chisinau airport, which has been administered by the state since March 1, has drawn criticism from the chairman of "Our Party", Renato Usatii. The politician said in social networks that "the authorities have turned the Chisinau International Airport into a real shame because of their incompetence".

According to him, the Chisinau airport is the face of Moldova, and when a foreigner arrives in the country, the first impression of the country is formed at the airport.

"And it makes a huge difference. Today everyone is discussing what it used to be and what it has become. But it's simple, you don't have to invent anything: you can find solutions for anything on the Internet, including furnishings. But in order to solve problems, it is not enough just to be great reformers - you need at least a little understanding of what you are doing," concluded the leader of 'Our Party'.

On March 1, the airport administration took over the management of catering services in the terminal.
